Job Description
We are looking for a meticulous incumbent who can work independently for a period of 3 months (Maternity Cover).
Responsibilities:
- Manage AR - Ensuring accuracy on data entry of sales and purchase invoices that no discrepancy in amount, styling and quantities from vary documents;
- Raise the DN to buyers for sample charges;
- Maintain GLHK & GLIS's accounts;
- Bank - follow closely and ensure prompt payment receive from buyer, update and ensure data enter to accounting system accurately;
- Monthly related company's reconciliation
Requirements:
- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice;
- Possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent;
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field or similar capacity is required for this position.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office;
- Possess good working attitude, detailed oriented and ability to work with minimal supervision.
