Unatoto is a Tokyo-based restaurant chain. Other restaurants also serve unagi but this one cooks by charcoal. It absolutely differs smell, texture, and atmosphere as well. There are more than 100+ outlets in Japan.

Also we have stores in Hong Kong, Thailand and Vietnam. Singapore 1st outlet is near Tanjong Pagar MRT. 2nd outlet is at Velocity@Novena Square. 

Job Description

- Food preparation including cutting ingredients

- Grilling Unagi(eel) by charcoal

- Handling tempura, noodles, side dishes, and appetizers

- Ensure food hygiene and kitchen safety

- Multi-task including supporting service side time to time including Cashiering, Assist with Delivery and Takeaway orders, Serving and Cleaning while performing kitchen duties

Job Requirement

- Experience in Japanese restaurant preferred

- Min 44 hours / week

- 5 days shift work a week

- Basic Hygiene Certified
