Job Description

Main objectives 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Intern to support Scale Status follow-up activities and the coordination of our Skills Development Program. This role provides hands-on exposure to HR operations, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and employee development initiatives. 

The intern will work closely with HR Business Partners and business stakeholders to ensure timely follow-up, data accuracy, and smooth program execution.

Main tasks

1

Scale Status Follow-Up

  • Track and monitor scale status updates across business units
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Consolidate and prepare weekly/monthly status reports
  • Escalate delays or gaps to HRBP when required
  • Support data validation and audit checks

2

Skills Program Coordination

  • Assist in the administration of the skills development program
  • Track participant enrolment, completion status, and certifications
  • Coordinate communications with employees and managers
  • Schedule training sessions and support logistics
  • Collect and consolidate feedback from participants
  • Prepare summary reports and dashboards

Reporting & Data Management

  • Maintain Excel trackers and dashboards
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Support basic analysis and insights generation
  • Prepare presentation slides for management updates

 

4

Stakeholder Communication

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders professionally
  • Draft reminder emails and communication materials
  • Support meeting preparation and documentation
