- Track competitor activity by keeping abreast of market changes and the marketing mix used by competitors
- Monitors Marketing budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
- Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data on request
- Handling of Annual Global Customer Survey Administration (GCS) & Action Plans
- Maintains the content published within the GEODIS Intranet (APAC Platform)
- Assisting team members with day to day marketing tasks and coordinating marketing projects and activities as requested
- Supports sales staff by providing new product information; marketing collateral, etc.
- Plans meetings such as conferences, customer events, trade shows etc. by identifying and coordinating all requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments;
- Organising the production of branded items such as stationery and merchandise incl. inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt, distribution across the Asia Pacific Region
- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
