Job Description

Internship (preferably full-time), 3-month hybrid with possibility of extension - 2 vacancies

 

Position opens from August 2025.

 

What The Role Is About

We are seeking a motivated intern who will be supporting programme operations. The organisation will seek to design the internship to help support the intern’s professional goals while aligning with organisational needs. This internship has two available positions: 

  1. Programme Associate Intern (Marketing & Recruitment) 
    • Recommended for interns who would like exposure to recruitment, marketing, communications etc.
  2. Programme Associate Intern (Employer Engagement)
    • Recommended for interns who would like exposure to the hiring aspect of human resources, business development, event management etc.

 

What You Will Do

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • [Specific for Programme Associate Intern (Marketing & Recruitment)] Supporting recruitment - converting prospects into Generation learners through a robust and effective recruitment funnel: 
    • Ensure prompt, professional and friendly management of queries across various channels (e.g. email, phone, social media, mailboxes, whatsapp)
    • Assist in the screening and selection of learners for upcoming programs (tech and non-tech) and ensure closely alignment with organisational targets
    • Create visual collaterals and marketing materials for MarComms function (including socials, printed media collaterals, website design etc.)
    • Copywriting content for organisation communication channels including newsletters, social media captions, website copies, blog posts, press pages etc
    • Media monitoring and social listening of competitors and landscape to assist in strategising
    • Assist in organising and planning recruitment and marketing events (whenever applicable)

 

  • [Specific for Programme Associate Intern (Employer Engagement)] Supporting employer engagement: 
    • Conduct market research, job search and assist with employer prospecting campaigns (e.g.; using job listing platforms, social media, CRM tool, and sending out emailers, follow ups and collating outreach results)
    • Assist in job matching and placement activities
    • Contact programme graduates to understand their status if needed

 

  • [For all interns]
    • Support the team with programme-centric events (e.g. programme information sessions, graduate career fairs and employer networking events)
    • Collect data and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations
    • Any other tasks required for programme operations (eg. learner/alumni support and contacting, updating documents, coordinate meetings)

Qualifications/Skills

[For all interns]

  • Currently enrolled in a diploma or undergraduate program from any discipline, bonus if from a marketing or communications background (also open to graduates/career switchers or individuals looking for internship experience)
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, familiarity with Excel, data entry, database management
  • Excellent planning, record-keeping and organizing skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn

 

[Specific to Marketing & Recruitment Intern]

  • Able to create both written and visual content for marketing and communications, experience preferred
  • Proficient in Canva or other content creation tools. Good to have basic video editing skills (eg. CapCut, Canva Video Editor or other simple editing tools)
  • Experience in social media management (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok)
