JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manages sales of the company’s products and services.
- Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning.
- Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.
- Responsible for maximizing the departmental revenues by creative selling and minimizing costs.
- Manage sales of event space and execution of corporate events.
- Assist in the development of special promotions based on business levels and hotel business mix to capture guests and out of house guests.
- Stimulate, create demand, and build awareness for the facility's services through contacting all definite groups in advance of their program to attract attention and create interest among consumers.
- Track and provide analysis of services received by guests to determine popularity and opportunity for the spa.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum two years of similar experience in the health management/ spa / wellness / hospitality industry
- Preferred to have sales experience inn relevant field
- Well-groomed, with a pleasant disposition
- Excellent communication, reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Chinese are required to liaise with mandarin-speaking clients
- Experience and ability to deal with executive level business people in a professional manner
- Efficient and well-organized
