Fullshare – Leasing Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for leasing & sale of a mixed development commercial property
• Negotiation of new leases and renewals
• Liaise and manage viewing of lease units with agents and prospects
• Work with external lawyer on litigation matters on lease and sale units
• Monitor all current and future vacancies to ensure full occupancy at all times
• Prepare and manage budget to ensure the stipulated budgeted leasing income is achieved
• A key point of contact for new/ existing tenants for all tenancy management activities.
• Provide guidance to new tenants on building fit-out procedures, and be responsible for hand-over of tenant premises in accordance with checklist and follow up and close all defects identified.
• Responsible for monthly tenancy management reporting, compiling of approved design occupant load and update building fit out manuals periodically.
• Ensure all proper documentations for renovations works are submitted and approved before commencement of works

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Business Management or any other relevant field discipline
• Candidate must have at least 5 years of leasing experience in Property/Real Estate industry
• Strong in Property Leasing Terms knowledge
• Possess strong leadership and people management skills
• Candidate must be flexible, independent and able to perform well under pressure
• Bilingual
