For the Love Laundry Pte Ltd – Finance Executive

The Finance Executive role will be performing all the necessary daily accounting work such as administer all documentation in relation to the invoicing and receipt of payment of debtors, monthly bank reconciliations, company expenses disbursement, staff reimbursement claims, tax and ad-hoc assignments.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Full spectrum of AP and AR functions
2. Perform bank payments, receipts and account reconciliation
3. Ensure bank reconciliation, journals, and general ledger functions are performed in an effective and efficient manner
4. Check and process staff expenses reimbursement
5. Timely closing for month end accounts  
6. Support audit, tax and other statutory requirements
7. Assist GM with administrative work
8. Any other duties assigned to you by the Finance Manager/GM

Skills and Knowledge:

1. Strong knowledge in MYOB accounting system
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office
3. Strong analytical and communication skills

Education/Work Experience Requirements:

1. Diploma in Accounting Or Equivalent
2. Minimum of 2 years relevant accounting experience

Working Hours and Location:

1. 5.5-day work week
