We’re looking for a highly driven, motivated and creative HR & Recruitment intern for our People Team in Singapore. If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands on exposure and have direct impact for our people function, then this may be the place for you!
Assisting our HR department with all HR activities
Supporting the recruitment process of various positions from start to finish (creating job descriptions, posting jobs, screening candidates, setting up interviews etc.)
Planning and conducting direct search campaigns
Researching and developing new local and international recruitment channels
Keeping our candidate pool up-to-date
Taking over parts of our on- and off-boarding process
Assisting with regards to HR administration topics such as maintenance of employee files, creation of documents and other paperwork
Being involved in a variety of current HR projects together with the entire HR team
Requirements:
People is your passion!
You are currently enrolled at or just graduated from University and would like to get some practical HR experience in a dynamic and international online company
You are passionate about finding the right talents for foodpanda and are familiar with all relevant social networks
You learn fast and like working both independently as well as in a team
You know how to organize your workload and set priorities
You like to think positively, are proactive and enjoy working hands-on
You are a confident user of MS-Office programs and Google applications
