Job Description
- ANALYTICS - Analysis and tracking of operational KPIs to improve efficiency and profitability
- STRATEGY - Proactively proposing new strategies, planning and setting a timeline for execution
- PRODUCT IMPLEMENTATION AND IMPROVEMENT - Roll out new features to improve efficiency and customer experience . Proactive feedback on new ways to improve riders, restaurants and customer experience.
- As a passionate entrepreneur, you will be empowered to take full responsibility of your tasks and report directly to the local CEO
