Flying Chalks – Business Development & Marketing Manager

Job Description

The foreseeable job scope will include the following:

·   Lead and coordinate our global marketing efforts, both online and offline. We are currently in Singapore, South Korea and Vietnam, and are planning to expand into more markets!

·   Study our competitive landscape and collect customer feedback to improve our service offerings.

·   Grow our current revenue streams and develop new businesses

·   Manage the operational demands from our service offerings and run events.

·   User acquisition through forging partnerships with, but not limited to, universities, student clubs, embassies, companies and institutions.

·   Manage our Flying Chalks Ambassador Program for Singapore.

·   To put up job postings, conduct interviews and hire to expand the Marketing & Operations team when deemed needed by management.

Requirements

We are seeking for individuals who:

·   Are able to effectively lead and manage a team to fulfil our marketing and operational demands

·   Possess experience in Marketing

·   Willing to get your hands dirty when needed to ensure that our operations run smoothly 

·   Great English writing proficiency

·   Commit beyond what a “normal employee” would do to grow alongside the company to its fullest potential! Start-ups do not seek for “normal employees” but you can be rest assured that your efforts will definitely be rewarded!

·   Bonus points if you have either or all of the following: 1) relevant overseas studies experience 2) good in design 3) have relevant networks and skills that can add value to what we do at Flying Chalks!
