Job Description
- Understand and translate customers' product requirements into feasible design for manufacture- Effectively design tooling taking into consideration all types of constraints (ie. Existing equipment, fixture size, etc.)- Directly liaise with tool maker to make the required injection, forming, trimming tool for customer parts- Check new tool when delivery for conformance to specification
- Conduct preventive and break maintenance to tooling
- Perform special assignment
- Ensure ISO 9001. TS 16949 and core tools requirements are met accordng to the QMS syste
