• Ensure timely & accurate recording of invoices in Xero
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments on any discrepancies in invoices & other supporting documents
• Review monthly reconcillation of supplier statements
• Ensure compliance of company process/procedures
• Maintain an efficient and systematic filing system on internal cloud system
• Other HR administrative duties such as monthly manpower reporting

Role is remote but will require you to come into office for relevant on-the-job training and/or when there are physical filing requirements.
