Reporting to the HR Director, the intern will contribute to three key areas of HR:
1. Training and Development
The intern will assist to track and maintain training records to ensure all training requirements and records are well maintained and tracked on progress. The intern will also learn the training framework and guide employees and managers on training process and procedures.
2. Day to Day HR Operations
The intern will gain insights to a generalist role within HR through exposure and assistance in the area of day to day HR operations such as employee life cycle management and records management. The intern will be tasked to work on project such as benefits administration and maintaining employee records.
3. Workplace Health
Base on the intern bandwith, the intern may be tasked to design, propose and implement workplace health activities such as bazaars and educational lunch talks.
