Job Description
  • Manage and maintain existing ERP system
  • Provide support to existing ERP system by investigating and rectifying issues reported
  • Understand the independencies of the services (application, system, network and database) and ability to identify problem accurately to improve overall efficiency
  • Analyze user requirements to determine feasibility of system development
  • Learn new system integration techniques to develop more stable interfaces
  • Learn new coding techniques to develop more efficient and effective systems
  • Enhance computer programs to cater for change requested and system optimization
  • Prepare training materials to facilitate training sessions
  • Conduct training to educate end users on developed computer programs
