Job Description

Position Overview:

As an Assembly Technician Intern, you will assist our technical team in assembling, testing, and troubleshooting our products. This role is ideal for students or early-career individuals looking to gain valuable practical experience in a professional manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the assembly of CCTVs and other electrical equipment under the guidance of senior technicians.

  • Conduct visual inspections of parts and completed assemblies for defects or quality issues.

  • Perform basic testing and troubleshooting of components.

  • Support the preparation and organization of tools, materials, and equipment.

  • Document and report any technical issues or improvements to senior team members.

  • Work closely with the production and engineering teams to ensure timely and efficient assembly processes.

  • Other relevant duties as required.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience required, training provided.

  • Immediate hires preferred.

  • Basic knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical assembly techniques.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.

  • Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new concepts and skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

  • Previous experience with hand tools or manufacturing equipment is a plus, but not required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Some experience with assembly or repair of electrical components or mechanical systems.

  • Minimum educational requirements: Diploma and above; or currently a student pursing a Diploma in a relevant field.
