Fave – People Operations Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the fab People Team on two aspects: Recruitment & People operations. 
• Taking ownership of Talent Acquisition from end-to-end, and that includes candidate screening, conducting interview rounds and after-assessments. 
• Responsible for every Fave’s new talent experience (i.e Onboarding, Training)
• Attending career fairs and any recruitment related events 
• Updating and maintaining tracking databases to screen candidates for interviews
• Conducting telephone interviews
• Scheduling for on-site interviews with hiring managers
• Assist with admin-related matters when required.
• Plan and organize events. 
• You’ll be really involved in everything that’s going on in the company – in the best way possible.

• Meticulous and has the discipline to hustle in a fast-paced environment 
• Ready to work and play 24/7 
• Having experience in recruitment/talent acquisition will have an added advantage.
