FastCo is the parent company of FastJobs, Southeast Asia’s fastest-growing mobile job app that focuses on recruitment for customer-facing, support and operational roles. By applying technology alongside data insights, our vision is to simplify job matching and provide everyone with equal access to job opportunities from trusted employers.

First launched in April 2015, the FastJobs app has since been downloaded more than 3.7 million times across the region. FastJobs has consistently ranked among the top recruitment apps in Singapore. At the Asia Recruitment Awards 2020, FastJobs emerged as the Best Recruitment Portal By A Recruitment Solution Provider (Silver), Most Innovative Recruitment Strategy – Solution Provider (Silver), Best Client Service By A Recruitment Solution Provider (Silver) and Best Candidate Experience – Solution Provider (Bronze).

More recently, FastCo has launched FastGig, Singapore’s first “workforce as a service” (WaaS) platform that helps to match qualified flexible workers with businesses who are looking to solve issues such as headcount constraints and labour shortage, especially during seasonal peaks. It is also one of the first job apps for gig workers in the region.
