Fastbooking Asia – Web Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Basic understanding of databases and web application databases 
• High degree of accuracy and great attention to detail 
• Ability to work independently, set short-term priorities and make good decisions 
• Good verbal communication skills and the ability to work as a cooperative team member 
• Ability to demonstrate and maintain a high level of confidentiality 
• Ability to follow procedures and policies 
• Ability to perform repetitive duties with a high degree of accuracy 
• Coordinate with internal team members to ensure deliverables are understood and that milestones are met on time, with consistency and accuracy 
•  Manage relationships, requests, and ensure quality delivery for our customers 
• Ensure project team, including management as appropriate, is continually updated, including successes, issues, concerns and feedback 
• Lead by example; display confidence and enthusiasm when communicating to internal project team; demonstrate a “can-do” attitude 
• Ensure the use of best practices and apply lessons learned from previous projects 
• Work with the QA team through deployment 
• Maintain an understanding of industry trends and research industry-related media 

Skills and Experience

• Work Experience: Minimum experience will be a plus
• Languages & CMS: Familiar with WordPress
• Languages: Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a must and Mandarin is a plus
