JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is a 6-month contract role (subject to extension) and will support the HR Department on:
- Full Spectrum of HR Duties (except Payroll).
- Assist in Recruitment Process such as advertise online, filter resumes, arrange interview etc.
- Leave & Medical Claims Administration.
- Administration of New Joinee and Resignee.
- Assist and support in HR initiatives and projects.
- Attend to calls and cover reception duties if required.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related-discipline.
• Preferably with HR Generalist experience.
• Able to maintain strict confidentiality when dealing with all matters.
• Able to work independently and efficiently.
• Able to commit at least 6 months
