Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive, resourceful, and commercially curious Growth Intern to support company-wide growth initiatives.

This is not a passive internship. You won’t just observe, you’ll execute: You’ll work closely with the sales and operations team to drive growth. You’ll sit at the intersection of customers, systems, and revenue.

In this role, you will drive business growth by:

  • Scaling Revenue: Leading direct partnership and sales discussions (B2C & B2B) to negotiate and close deals.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Analyzing sales funnels and marketing campaigns to make strategic recommendations on how we can do things better.
  • Operational Excellence: Analyzing internal operations to execute faster, better, and cheaper.
  • Leadership Visibility: Presenting and problem-solving directly with senior leadership to turn strategic priorities into on-the-ground actions.

We are looking for "rock-stars" with a strong sense of ownership and the relentless energy needed to follow up on leads and close revenue.
