Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive, resourceful, and commercially curious Growth Intern to support company-wide growth initiatives.

This is not a passive internship. You won’t just observe, you’ll execute: You’ll work closely with the marketing and operations team to drive growth through AI experimentation, marketing initiatives, and high-touch customer communication. You’ll sit at the intersection of customers, systems, and revenue.

What You’ll Do

• Support growth initiatives across marketing, customer engagement, and AI experimentation

• Communicate directly with customers via calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups, building real relationships

• Assist in onboarding customers onto Farmio’s AI-powered tools

• Collect customer insights and feedback, then translate them into actionable improvements

• Support content creation, outbound campaigns, and engagement experiments

• Use AI tools to automate workflows, build playbooks, and improve productivity

• Maintain clean records in CRM and internal systems

• Help the team test new ideas quickly and measure results
