Far Eastern Travel Safety Pte Ltd, trading as Taxi Baby Co. – Digital Content Specialist

We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Digital Content Specialist to join our fun little team.

Tasks

• Create attractive and functional product listings for Lazada using existing Canva templates (includes writing content).
• Create attractive and functional product listings for our Shopify stores; this includes crafting prose based on, but different from, product details provided by the manufacturer.
• Maintain two Shopify websites; making updates, changes and improvements as required.
• Video production: be able to plan, shoot (in our office), edit (ie. clean up the audio, add some simple graphics such as title slide), and upload a short video (<3 minutes) in one working day. Examples of videos include: interviews with guests/experts, product unboxing, product tutorials (our in-house expert will be in your video). Videos will be used for our YouTube channel, YouTube ads, Facebook posts, Facebook ads, etc. YouTube upload includes composing the title, description and subtitles. 
• Compose blog articles based on interviews with, or content provided by, experts.
• Be responsible for digital asset maintenance (ensuring all digital assets (videos, images, etc) are complete, filed/named correctly and accessible.
• Visual content creation (graphics, photos, short video teasers) for social media.
• Systems used: Canva, Shopify (including Shopify apps: Easy Slide, ___), Adobe Premiere Pro, Audacity, Dropbox, Google suite (Mail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides), Wunderlist, Whatsapp

Requirements

• We value both task quality and efficiency. We need to produce a lot of content, so you won’t be able to spend weeks on one video or blog article until you feel it’s 110% perfect. We are a business and we need to be able to produce content in a timely and efficient manner.
• Very good grasp of the English language (written)
• Ideally you’ll have experience using Shopify
• Experience and proficiency using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• We have a small and friendly team of five; you will need to work closely with your colleagues to complete your tasks.
• Salary will be based on your skills, efficiency, productivity and abilities
• Please note: you will be required to use your own computer during the three month probation period.

Work hours

• 9:30am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday
• There is potential to include flexible work hours and opportunities to work from home

• This role is not eligible for S-Pass, Work Permit or Employment Pass holders
• Singaporeans, PRs, LTVP+ holders, Dependant Pass holders, and those on Student Passes studying at MOM-approved institutions are welcome to apply
