Company Profile

We're an exciting start-up in Singapore, focused on keeping children safe when they're on the go. Trading as TaxiBaby, we have high-profile partnerships with organisations such as Uber, Cognita (who own Stamford American International School and Australian International School), Mt Alvernia Hospital and People's Association.

The company is headed by a Harvard-educated Australian engineer and business leader. You'll be exposed to executive-level meetings and decision making processes, as well as being responsible for managing important relationships with international brand managers (based in US, Europe, Australia and Asia) and local high-profile companies.

This is not your average internship of getting coffees and making photocopies. With Far Eastern Travel Safety, you'll get a taste of your future, with genuine responsibilities and accountabilities.

Job Description

Work directly with the company’s Managing Director, Marketing Director and contractors to:

  • Execute the Public Relations Plan including developing press releases, liaising with local media/bloggers/influencers, and interacting with international brand managers globally.
  • Execute the Social Media Plan including managing blog and social media accounts, and liaise with local and international retailers/brand managers to increase product awareness.
  • Execute the Digital Marketing Plan including CRM database management, executing EMD and email marketing campaigns, and analyzing data to establish trends in customer behavior.
  • Manage specific projects spanning marketing, business development, procurement and logistics.
  • Manage the company’s customer experience across multiple platforms, including managing customer enquiries and maintaining the accuracy of product listing and FAQs.

Preference will be given to applicants who can commit to a 6 month internship position, commencing in or before August 2017.

There is an opportunity for successful interns to progress into a graduate position within the company.
