The incumbent is responsible for Post market Product Compliance, and he/ she is expected to manage and enhance the Quality Management System and Food Safety Management System (ISO 9001 & ISO 22000) to ensure product safety and quality.
Besides ensuring product adherence and compliance to Singapore food regulations, you are expected to manage the Post Market Quality Assurance Programs, and to provide food safety advice and support to the purchasing department.
You are also responsible for performing Process and System audits at suppliers, retail outlets and HQ departments, as well as conducting sensory or product evaluation panels.
You are expected to complete and compile audit reports and feedback reports, and lead or assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
- Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology or its equivalent.
- Preferably with 1 - 2 years relevant QA experience.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this position.
- Working knowledge of HACCP and/or ISO 22000 will be a distinct advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills with the attributes of a team player and a keen eye for details.
- Motivated and results oriented.
- Possess a positive attitude and learning mindset.
- Able to perform basic statistical collation with general working knowledge in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
