  • Coordinates day to day operations.
  • Assist in answering phone calls & replying email
  • Provide general administrative support to all departments
  • Filling of documents
  • Any other ad-hoc duties (including some marketing activities)

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in MYOB (STRONGLY preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • 1-2 years working experience in related area (preferred)
  • Pro-active & meticulous
  • Work independently, as well as team player
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment
