Interexpat, a family owned Tech company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to help support the launch of its new global mobility management software.
Main responsibilities
Support customers during On-boarding phase
Contribute to the development of new features and tools to ensure Customer Success
Reporting product issues and liaise with Development Team to ensure prompt resolution
Create relevant content to guide clients setting up their workflows and using the software
Promote marketing best practices for marketers
Ensure customer satisfaction
Identify key support messages
Implement marketing campaigns
Experience
Proactive, positive attitude, good team player
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with minimum supervision. Hands-on with the desire to get involved in the business
Proven knowledge of IT/e-commerce. Knowledge of SaaS applications is a plus.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in written English (written and verbal), French proficiency is a plus.
Proven analytic and logical thinking ability
