Job Description

• Assist and Execute Outbound Sales & Marketing Campaign for customer acquisition
• Online Research of potential clients
• Update the customer database
• Cold Email & calling to arrange meetings with potential clients for new business prospect
• Handling customer service enquiries via email and phone
• Presenting solutions/products to potential clients
• Follow up the potential leads & customers, via phone, email, and face-to-face to educate about product.
• Respond to incoming emails and phone enquiries
• Determine client’s requirement and present your findings to project manager to act on
• Assist in writing sales proposal, sales brochures and copy writing
• Supervise staff at onsite counters in clients’ event.
• Exceed all KPIs & Targets

Requirement

• Energetic, results-driven personality with persistence and efficient time management
• At least some hands-on experience in marketing and/or sales (the more the better!)
• Overall strong communication & creative writing skills as well as high social media competency
• Excellent written and spoken English is a must to form up all materials & engage with our team and customers
• Familiarity with Google Search, Linkedin.
• Singapore Residence only
