Job Description

Customer Experience Associate (Intern)

Customer Experience role plays an important contribution for the success of eventnook and making customers event successful. You will also learn about what it takes to make event successful by helping all kinds of events including major events and conferences.

This role will be a front-line customer facing role to assist eventnook’s customers and make their events easy, efficient and successful!

You will

  • Be an expert on eventnook features & solutions
  • Assist customers for launching their event successfully
  • Assist new and existing customers for various queries and technical support via email, phone and chat
  • Provide onsite product training and technical support to the event team
  • Develop product tutorials and help guide for customers
  • Own customers’ issues and liaise with internal team for delivery
