Job Description

Customer Service and Event Operation (Intern)

Customer Service and Event Operation plays an important front-line customer facing role to assist eventnook customers and make their events easy and smooth using eventnook platform.

Join eventnook team in helping people bring together!

You will

  • Be an expert on eventnook platform features & solutions
  • Assist customers for launching their event ticketing and registration site successfully
  • Assist new and existing customers for various queries and technical support via email, phone and face to face
  • Provide onsite product training and technical support to the event team
  • Develop product tutorials and help guide for customers
  • Own customers’ issues and liaise with internal team for delivery
  • Assist in writing service proposal and quotation
