Customer Service and Event Operation (Intern)
Customer Service and Event Operation plays an important front-line customer facing role to assist eventnook customers and make their events easy and smooth using eventnook platform.

You will
- Be an expert on eventnook platform features & solutions
- Assist customers for launching their event ticketing and registration site successfully
- Assist new and existing customers for various queries and technical support via email, phone and face to face
- Provide onsite product training and technical support to the event team
- Develop product tutorials and help guide for customers
- Own customers’ issues and liaise with internal team for delivery
- Assist in writing service proposal and quotation
