Eutribe Global Pte Ltd – HR Intern

Responsibilities:

• Support hiring manager to deliver end-to-end recruitment functions which include sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing
• Brainstorm and propose campus recruitment strategies/campaigns
• Create, build, and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles
• Build a strong Employer Branding both online & offline to make of Eutribe an employer of choice
• Assesses and anticipate HR-related needs, and regularly communicate these needs within the HR department and Business Unit(s)
• Formulates partnerships to deliver value added services to both management and employees that reflect the desired outcome of organisation’s people strategies.

Requirements:

• Preferred to be able to start immediately, and able to commit at least 3 days a week, excluding weekends.
