Equinix Asia Pacific Finance team is a leading finance organization that is scaling to meet the ongoing and changing demands of a fast paced high growth business. As an intern, individuals will develop and see how a publicly listed global MNC operates. Individuals will be given access to senior management and have an opportunity to provide meaningful and value added work. 1.Manage and perform billings, price adjustment, rebates and ensure accuracy of invoices.
2.Investigate, review, resolve billing dispute by working with cross functional teams.
3.Prepare manual invoices and credit memo.
4.Develop/enhance internal controls, policies, processes and procedures and ensure that they are properly scoped and enforced and are effective and efficient.
5.Involve in projects/system enhancement and any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned.
6.Follow up for collection of past due invoices.
7.Work with internal and external customers to resolve short payments, disputes, declinations and deductions.
8.To process statement of accounts to customers on a timely basis, execute collection activities and reconcile accounts with customer record.
