EngageRocket – Copywriting Intern

We are looking for a copywriter intern to join our marketing team. If you get excited to write about people and can transform complex themes into practical real-life moments, join us!

As a core member of the company, you will work alongside with the founders every day and be given the opportunity to make decisions that will create a direct impact to the growth and direction of the company. You will have a direct impact in shaping the culture of many businesses and be part of the birth story of EngageRocket.

You can expect:

• to hunt information and brainstorm ideas that can help people to become better managers and engaged employees;
• write articles – those that inspire, inform, and engage target audiences;
• be creative in writing marketing copies to achieve a team target;
• learn how to transform one ideas for different marketing channels;
• join the marketing team to execute various marketing activities when needed
• flexible working days (yes, you don't need to come every day!).

You should:

• be highly creative and imaginative;
• have good written and interpersonal skills;
• work well individually and as a part of a team;
• be able to work under pressure;
• have an eye for detail;
• have an interest in human resources or human behaviour study;
• have knowledge of SEO and graphic design (not a must!).
