Job Description

This is a contract position for 5 months Maternity Cover

Job Description

  • Handle day to day AP, GL operations and other accounting functions
  • Handles accounts payable process and ensure proper verifications and approvals.
  • Attend to suppliers’ queries and ensure timely and effective resolutions.
  •  Enter payment details of the Vendors/Suppliers in the Bank for payment process.
  • Payment mode via TT/Giro/Account Transfer/Cheque.
  • Update payment details once approval is made
  • Support bank reconciliation, taxation, audit to ensure compliance.
  • Filing of suppliers’ invoices, payment vouchers
  • Provide back up support to AR functions and other data entry/admin duties as required from to time basis. 


Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accountancy/LCCI or equivalent
  • Candidate with accounting experience or knowledge of an accounting software will be an added advantage
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, multi-task and able to respond well under pressure
  • Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
  • Able to deliver timely and accurate results
  • Positive working attitude with pleasant personality
  • Highly motivated and a team player
  • Good communication skills
  • 5 days a week 
  • Singaporean or PR preferred
  • Start Date : 01 Dec 2017

Working Hours : 9am to 6pm (Weekdays only)
