Part-Time Customer Service Assistant @Tampines
-Provide excellent customer service to walk-in and call-in customers
-Perform general administrative duties
-Recommend music courses, enrolment, collect school fees
-Sales of books/music instruments and inventory management
-Assist in statistical compilations - payment backlog, sales and fees revenue, student intake/drop out, etc
Requirements
-Possess at least a GCE 'O' Level
-Proficiency in MS Office including MS Excel
-Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
-Able to work at least 3 days a week including both weekends
-Able to work at "retail hours" ( nights and weekends )
Allowance / Remuneration
-Part-time rate : $13 to $14 per hour
