EduCare4u – Project Management Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships, supporting sales and business growth.
• Prepare and manage tender documents, quotations, BOQs, and project schedules.
• Provide technical support and coordinate project progress, material deliveries, and approvals.
• Draft and manage accurate AutoCAD/BIM drawings and construction documentation.
• Handle QS duties such as contracts, variation orders, payments, and final accounts.
• Achieve performance targets, maintain databases, and contribute to forecasts and reporting.

Who You Are

• Diploma holder in a relevant field (Building, Architecture, Sales/Marketing, Quantity Surveying, or related).
• 1 year of experience in construction, project coordination, sales, or drafting (AutoCAD/BIM skills are an advantage).
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially savvy with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to thrive in a fast-paced site environment.
