Edit Suits Co. launched in Singapore in March 2014, and expanded in the UK at the end of 2014 and will soon expand into new markets.
We've got a challenge for you! Join us and be at the forefront of a fast growing start up that has presence in the UK and Singapore, and is preparing to launch in new markets. We’re looking for a hands-on intern to join our Operations & Customer Service team
Your role will primarily involve:
- Support customer services (phone, chat, email, social media, in person) and improve all customer service processes
- Place and monitor customer orders, speaking to international manufacturers. Optimize the ordering process.
- Business Development: find new suppliers and improve current service levels
- Assist with accounting and tracking of order metrics
