Job Description

What you will be doing :

  • Drive the creation of shareable social assets for Edelman's internal and external social channels (LinkedIn, Twitter and Workplace for Edelman APAC)
  •  Drive the creation of PPT templates presented to the senior leadership
  • Ability to design and edit graphics from scratch as well as adapt existing creative assets
  • Support with day to day execution of the regional marketing team’s activity including corporate communications, media relations, events, content, intellectual property, digital, case studies, and awards
  • Support the development of a marketing campaign planner and content calendar
  • Providing general administrative support
  • Logistical and administrative support on marketing projects and campaigns at a regional level
  • Proof-reading of marketing materials and internal and external communications
  • Organising regular team meetings and calls with the regional marketing team across APAC
  • Note taking in marketing meetings
  • Undertaking research projects for the marketing team
  • Managing printing, collation and distribution of marketing materials when necessary

Pre-requisites:

  • Suitable for, but not limited to, students who are interested in the communications marketing profession 
  • Team player who possesses a positive working attitude 
  • Strong writing skills
