What you will be doing :
- Drive the creation of shareable social assets for Edelman's internal and external social channels (LinkedIn, Twitter and Workplace for Edelman APAC)
- Drive the creation of PPT templates presented to the senior leadership
- Ability to design and edit graphics from scratch as well as adapt existing creative assets
- Support with day to day execution of the regional marketing team’s activity including corporate communications, media relations, events, content, intellectual property, digital, case studies, and awards
- Support the development of a marketing campaign planner and content calendar
- Providing general administrative support
- Logistical and administrative support on marketing projects and campaigns at a regional level
- Proof-reading of marketing materials and internal and external communications
- Organising regular team meetings and calls with the regional marketing team across APAC
- Note taking in marketing meetings
- Undertaking research projects for the marketing team
- Managing printing, collation and distribution of marketing materials when necessary
Pre-requisites:
- Suitable for, but not limited to, students who are interested in the communications marketing profession
- Team player who possesses a positive working attitude
- Strong writing skills
