Job Description


Personal Assistant to Director

  1. Be able to converse well in English.
  2. Tasks include: screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate; organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments and dealing with incoming emails on behalf of director.
  3. Strong IT skills in Microsoft and online/web based applications.
  4. Minimum Diploma holder.

Personal Driver

  1. Experience as a personal chauffeur would be an advantage.
  2. Possess valid Class 3 licence with at least 5 years of driving experience with good safety record.
  3. Good geographical and route knowledge of Singapore and Malaysia.
  4. Able to perform rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
