SPIRIT ADVISOR AT THE PROOF FLAT
At EC Proof our goal is to bring education and understanding of craft spirits through luxury experiences to your home or office bar. We uphold the highest standards of retail experiences ensuring our clients have everything they need to enjoy amazing cocktails and spirits at home. We have three core sales channels to reach our market;
- The Proof Flat where we conduct spirit tastings, cocktail making and private events, home bar experience consultations along with 1:1 store sales.
- E-commerce Site - www.ecproof.com.
- Our beautiful roaming Pop-up Store bringing access to our spirits around the country.

ABOUT YOU:
You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are looking to join an amazing team. You prefer to work outside the confines of a cubicle and enjoy meeting people. You get a lot of satisfaction from helping others and enjoy human connections. You are responsible, hold yourself accountable, and possess the ability to speak to anyone and share your passion about the drinks world.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Greet and assist walk in customers guiding them through spirit tastings to help purchase everything for their home/office bar needs
- Assist and host private and public events at The Proof Flat ensuring a top-notch guest experience
- Support marketing and promotional campaigns through social media, standard marketing channels and various projects
- Actively participate in pop-up store events, trade shows, and other industry events that maximize visibility and sales
- Assist in administrative store duties including sales orders, home bar experiences, closing and opening the store, baking and preparing food items for events, collect guest information, inventory counts, cleaning post events, and any needs of the store as they come up
- Project a positive company image, representing EC Proof and The Proof Collective
- Maintain a positive working environment helping guests and coworkers feel at ease and supported
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- 2 - 5 years related work experience (retail or F&B experience a plus)
- PC/MAC-literate: (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, Mailchimp, Social Media)
- Possess a positive energy, a “can-do” attitude, and thrive in a growing atmosphere
- Excellent presentation, communication (written and oral), and problem-solving skills
- Able to maintain high energy levels and professionalism with all types of clients

We will ensure you are fully trained in the spirits we sell and events we conduct at The Proof Flat. You will report to a direct Manager who will guide and coach you in your role to ensure your success.
*Position to begin as soon as possible. Must be available Tuesday-Saturday 11am-7pm and extra hours during events as needed.
