Dow Technologies and Systems – IT Director

This well regarded professional services firm is looking for an experienced IT Director to lead their IT team.

In order to be successful in this role you will need to be a proven problem solver who is confident dealing with senior business leaders. You should be calm, collected and able to maintain composure under pressure. You will be a proven people manager who is able to motivate staff effectively. You will be comfortable working to KPIs and ensuring excellence in customer service across the IT team. Candidates with prior experience working in a professional services firm, or partnership, would be regarded highly for this position.

The successful candidate will be expected to oversee the day to day running of the APAC IT operations and manage a small team of IT staff situated both in Singapore and across the region. Reporting to the Global Head of IT, the successful candidate will be expected to have a strong technical background and should be comfortable working in both a hands on and strategic capacity. With responsibility for IT Infrastructure across the region the successful candidate will need to be confident dealing with a diverse range of issues in a confident and methodical manner.
