Job Description

We Looking for Human Resources Associate to Supports and coordinates geography, office and campus recruiting activities within the boundaries of established policies and procedures.

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, liberal arts (psychology, sociology, etc.), industrial relations or organizational development. 3-5 yrs work experience in an office services environment and experience in a Human Resources function is desirable. Specialized Knowledge and Skills Solid knowledge of HR policies, procedures and company specific systems. Strong planning, time management, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills required Microsoft Office skills required (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Equipment and Applications PCs, spreadsheet, word processing and database programs Work Environment and Physical Demands General office environment. No special physical demands required.

Performs various human resources duties and serves as a point of contact for employee questions regarding company policies, procedures and company systems. Provides administrative support within Human Resources. Activities include administering and coordinating the entire lifecycle of employees including onboarding, transfers, status changes and terminations. Runs ad-hoc reports and handles special projects as needed. Identifies potential issues for further investigation by a HR Manager. Serves as a point of contact for questions regarding company policies, procedures and company specific tools and systems (i.e., HRIS, Time & Expense/Billing system, on-boarding system, etc.)
