General Responsibilities
- Generate and maintain quality documents.
- To ensure quality records comply with Good Documentation Practices.
- To verify incoming goods based on product requirements and / or redressing specifications.
- To ensure COAs are received before releasing any medicinal products to salable locations.
- To inspect and release incoming ethical packaging materials based on packaging specifications.
- To approve mock-up sample for each redressing job.
- To perform random check / self-inspection on warehousing processes.
- To verify in-process inspection and quality data records.
- To release redressed products against product requirement and specifications files.
- To verify reconciliation of printed packaging materials and redressed products.
- To verify and release of returned goods that are fit for resale back to salable location.
- To verify quarantined products due to quality issues.
- Assist in training and coaching warehouse personnel and redressers.
- To highlight on any deviation and follow up with investigation.
Job Requirements
- Entry level diploma candidates are welcome to apply.
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience in quality assurance fields or equivalent fields
