It was founded to recapture the comforting familiarity of the trusted neighbourhood family clinic while leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and continuity of care. To preserve what made the traditional neighbourhood clinic special, every one of our clinics is individually named — a mark of our commitment to reliability, continuity, and long-term service to the District we serve. With District mHealth, our mobile service division, we provide accessible, community-based care especially for patients with mobility limitations, frailty, or complex care coordination needs while maintaining high clinical standards.

You’ll work directly with our Digital Media & Communications Lead on campaigns across our healthcare and wellness brands. Your role will include:
Content creation: Design social media graphics, reels, and short videos for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Copywriting: Write catchy, educational, and approachable captions for health and wellness content
Campaign ideation: Brainstorm creative ways to connect with families, working adults, and caregivers
On-site shoots: Assist with basic photography/videography in our clinics or community events
Social insights: Track engagement and help improve post performance
Brand storytelling: Bring a fresh, youthful perspective to how healthcare is perceived
What We’re Looking For
Students or recent grads in Design, Communications, Media, Marketing, or related fields
Proficient in Canva / Adobe Creative Suite / CapCut
A good eye for color, layout, and brand consistency
Enjoys translating complex ideas into relatable visuals
