Job Description
- Handle enquiries from merchants and partners
- Provide merchants with satisfactory solution / proposals
- Establish strong customer relationship
- Develop good products knowledge and market awareness
- Preparation of documents and sales quotations
- To process & coordinate sales order & to work closely with operation team to ensure on time delivery
- Follow up on Existing Merchants
- Respond to queries and concerns
- Assist in email liaising
- Follow up promptly with merchants to resolve issues
- Positive working attitude.
- Creative, responsible, pleasant personality and good communication skills.
- Attentive to details and accuracy
- Working outdoor if required
