RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing administrative support to the corporate communications & brand management team in Singapore.
Liaising and coordinating with respective departments to accomplish task given.
Assisting in events coordination, logistics including liaising with 3rd party suppliers / agencies, telemarketing to follow-up / confirm attendance, on-site event support, data consolidation from feedback forms etc.
Write-ups for post events with format provided.
Preparing clients invitation emailers with in-house CRM tool – training will be provided.
Churn out of SFDC reports on monthly basis (may vary depending on request).
Updating of events calendar, awards etc. in SharePoint
Updating of database contacts.
Able to multi-task if required.
Any other Ad-hoc projects or reports or duties being assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
ITE or Diploma holder
Marketing / Business / Communications background
Good working and learning attitude
Basic social media knowledge
Basic knowledge of HTML and Email Design
Proficient with Microsoft excel, word and power point
