Diaper Cakes Singapore – eCommerce Fulfilment & Marketing Assistant

We sell baby gift hampers and quality plush toys.  

We are looking for an  independent and resourceful person to handle our online order fulfilment process, increase our sales and perform some basic data entry duties.  

This position also offers an opportunity to learn how to create our hampers from scratch.

E-Commerce Order Fulfilment 

• Manage online order fulfilment (receiving orders, making & assembling hampers and scheduling delivery with third party logistics partners)
• Create new product listings on e-commerce platforms (includes taking and editing product images and creating product descriptions)
• Invoicing customers using our cloud based accounting system
• Planning and creating blog posts to improve SEO ranking

Corporate Sales

• Researching and identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, target identification and classification
• Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product/ services (Cross-marketing channels)

Data Entry / Misc

• Keying in receipts and invoices in our accounting system
• Other ad hoc general / admin duties as required
