The HR intern will assist the HR Manager across a spectrum of topics including performance Management, Internal communication, Recruitment and Administrative Functions.
The intern's responsibilities will include:
Recruitment: Screen applications and coordinate interviews
Analyze and improve existing HR processes, policies and practices across these topics.
Coordinate induction for new employees
Analyze results from Employees Opinion Survey
Internal Communicatons: Write and disseminate HR communication to employees
Prepare Long Service Awards for employees
Administrative - day to day activities
Maintain day-to-day operations within HR scope; i.e. generate
reports, time attendance report, agency contracts time-sheets,
Projects in Go Green/Go Help (CSR)
Assist in the Gives Back Program and potential Team activities
Key learning Outcomes

Gain exposure to the actual tasks and challenges of HR
Gain experience in the industry
Learn how HR supports the business
