At DHL, we are tailoring solutions to respond to ever-evolving customer requirements in both existing and new market segments.

We are looking for an Intern, Sales Development to join us on this exciting journey. This internship opportunity will provide you with invaluable insights on development and definition of products and hone your project management skills.

Are you ready for the challenge?

What our intern will learn and contribute:

Customer Welcome Pack and Onboarding 

  • Define the elements of customer proposals and design a welcome pack – rate cards, welcome letter, contacts to customer service etc.

  • Develop and update the sales presentations, brochures and other product collaterals

  • Develop the onboarding guide for customers to understand how to use the company’s portal etc. (there’ll be opportunities to interact with the team managing the portal, customer integration team, country sales teams, and customer service team)

  • Define the account sign up to trading process


Lead Qualification Process

  • Control and audit the process between different agencies for lead qualification

  • Create reports with feedback from sales on lead quality, conversion etc.

  • Use lead generation tools to extract high quality leads and track their performance

  • Interact with external agencies, keep track of their performance and coordinate between internal teams and agencies to ensure high lead quality

Requirements:

  • Able to complete an internship in Singapore

  • Proficient in English

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Meticulous & good analytical skills

  • Good Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Affinity with numbers

  • Able to commit for a duration of at least 6 months (commencing January 2017)
