At DHL, we are tailoring solutions to respond to ever-evolving customer requirements in both existing and new market segments.

We are looking for an Intern to join us in this exciting journey. In this position, you will be part of the Customer Service Team that will develop customer-centric programs which will positively impact the DHL eCommerce brand across Asia Pacific.

Are you ready for the challenge?

What our intern will learn and contribute within a period of 6 months:

  • Perform data analysis on customer enquires (SFDC and Contact Management System)
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing of systems
  • Prepare training materials (SFDC and Contact Management System)
  • Initiate Customer Service Week in country

Requirements:

  • Preferably with Marketing, Communications, Business or relevant background
  • Keen on social media and content marketing
  • Good communications skills
  • Proficient in English & Mandarin
  • Possess basic statistics and data analysis skills
  • Someone with a can-do attitude and is willing to learn
  • Creative with good problem-solving skills
  • Able to complete an internship in Singapore
  • Able to commit 5 days a week
  • Good computer skills – MS Word, PowerPoint and Visio
