We are looking for an Intern to join us in this exciting journey. In this position, you will be part of the Customer Service Team that will develop customer-centric programs which will positively impact the DHL eCommerce brand across Asia Pacific.
Are you ready for the challenge?
What our intern will learn and contribute within a period of 6 months:
- Perform data analysis on customer enquires (SFDC and Contact Management System)
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing of systems
- Prepare training materials (SFDC and Contact Management System)
- Initiate Customer Service Week in country
Requirements:
- Preferably with Marketing, Communications, Business or relevant background
- Keen on social media and content marketing
- Good communications skills
- Proficient in English & Mandarin
- Possess basic statistics and data analysis skills
- Someone with a can-do attitude and is willing to learn
- Creative with good problem-solving skills
- Able to complete an internship in Singapore
- Able to commit 5 days a week
- Good computer skills – MS Word, PowerPoint and Visio
